Payment must be sent first. You are allowed 2 free reworks within a month of the commission. No refunds. Commissions I create are allowed to be posted by me unless buyer refuses posting during via payment process. I own all art created by me. I do not own characters, and/or buyers OCs. Buyer owns rights to the art. They may use said art for any gain they inquire. My art may not be used commercially. Commercial use of my art will have additional fees that will be discussed. I will own all rights and be owed royalties. If a person posts, and/or uses my art for banners, profile pictures, or personal use, they may due so upon crediting me in a visible location among the profile or art.
